Each ELI assessment comes with a 90-minute session to debrief results and be coached on how to become your ideal image of who you need to be as a leader for your situation and leadership priorities. Through the debrief process, you’ll learn about the 7 levels of leadership and how much energy you currently have in the catabolic-suppressing range and in the anabolic-inspirational range. You’ll make choices about how you’d like to intentionally use the insights your assessment provides.

The Assessment identifies strengths and resources you bring to the table, as well as weaknesses and gaps you’ll need to address. Entrepreneur Ready? Is the jumping off point to into your next chapter as an entrepreneur that sets you up to be well-planned and able to avoid costly missteps.
Each Entrepreneur Ready? Assessment comes with a 60-minute coaching session to identify insights and form an initial action plan based on your results. If you proceed on to a full coaching package, you’ll be coached in more detail on your startup planning, authentic selling and business development, your personal conditions for success and how to address inner and outer blocks to get there.
